Reception Coordinator – Part time/Permenant

We’re looking for:
Someone who is fun by nature, is a great problem solver and has undeniable customer service skills.  Ideally we are looking for someone who is passionate about social media marketing, and MUST be able to work weekends. 

What you’ll do:

  • Reception duties:
    • support spa manager to co-ordinate the day to make sure things run smoothly and on time
    • manage the booking system
    • manage email and phone communication
    • greet and exit guests
    • keep reception and common areas clean and tidy
  • Help with some social media 

Ideally you:

  • will have previous customer service experience
  • will have an interest in the social media side of marketing 
  • MUST be able to work on weekends (Saturday and Sunday)
